We represented Lancaster Lebanon Habitat for Humanity in a lease transaction for their new headquarters. Their new 33,000-square-foot home improvement store and donation center, Restore, is being built on a former industrial tract at 1061 Manheim Pike, just west of Fruitville Pike. The ReStore accepts and resells gently used furniture, appliances, building materials and home goods. Store proceeds support Habitat for Humanity’s work of building and improving homes for low-income families.
